I enjoy helping seniors in two ways: (1) Refinancing their home with a reverse mortgage to convert home equity into cash flow. They can take a lump sum, line of credit, or monthly deposits to their bank account. (2) Purchasing a new home with a reverse mortgage to supersize their purchasing power and preserve assets. In either scenario, they do not have the burden of a monthly mortgage payment. They simply pay us principal and interest at loan maturity when they vacate the home in the future.
