Summary: As our Circles Youth Facilitator, you will consistently and effectively care for children and youth of Circles participants during weekly Circles program meetings. You will appreciate the clear guidelines and well-established structure and routines in this position. In addition to your previous experience in childcare, you will lean into your natural creativity as you adapt the Circles curriculum to meet the needs of children in the program. Position: Park Executive Director for Ogden’s George S. Eccles Dinosaur Park Job Goal: To implement the Dinosaur Parks Mission through active management of staff, programs, fundraising, and educational activities. Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 per year salary, plus bonus potential based upon park performance. Circles Outreach Worker:Your natural ability to make connections with people, and to motivate and inspire them to achieve positive results will serve you well as our new Circles Outreach Worker. You will have a significant impact on helping families progress in their established goals by performing ongoing case management and referral services. Each day will be full of opportunities to interact with others as you develop strong relationships with our Circles program participants and external partnerships.
