About Us
Weber State University Charter Academy is a tuition-free public charter laboratory school serving kindergarten and first-grade students in Ogden, Utah. In partnership with Weber State University, we provide individualized, research-informed instruction in classes limited to 20 students. Our school supports academic, social, and emotional growth while preserving the curiosity and joy of childhood.
As a laboratory school, we also provide hands-on classroom experiences for university students and support educational research and professional learning. Our vision is to expand through sixth grade, bringing this supportive learning environment to more children and increasing opportunities to prepare future educators.
