Real estate is an ever changing business; one that requires constant learning and attention to the market place in order to be successful. I find these changes energizing and I am continually motivated to stay on top of the tools available to successfully navigate the challenges of today's market and to meet the needs of my clients and my team of agents. I have been a realtor since 2005 and have experienced first-hand several different market conditions, each requiring different skill sets. This experience has resulted in an expertise that proves to be invaluable to my clients. I pride myself on creating a detailed marketing plan, skillful negotiating with a level head, thorough pricing analyses, market acumen and maintaining communication and follow-through to a successful closing. I have developed many resources and contacts over the years throughout the Northern Wasatch Front of Utah. I make these available to my clients for help with ever step of the home buying and selling process and that they can call on for a variety of needs during their home ownership. Most importantly, I listen! I work to understand my client and agent needs, goals and expectations so that I can succeed in making their dreams a reality!
