About Us

RE/MAX Crossroads was founded in 2012, when Broker Sue Wilkerson purchased a RE/MAX franchise, transitioning from her brokerage, Terra Venture Real Estate. Terra Venture Real Estate began in 2002, focusing on Weber, Morgan and Davis County real estate listings and sales. In 2006, the company created its identity, purchasing the Heber Scowcroft Mansion in Ogden. The brokerage has been an Ogden Weber Chamber member since 1999.

Ranging from land development to Powder Mountain, patio home building to first time homebuyers and Historic neighborhoods to luxury estates, we have an agent to match your passion. The brokerage has the latest and greatest digital signature programs for ease of signing from anywhere in the world, as well as digital earnest money transmission for safe, secure deposits.
