I'm Rachel Bee, a Certified Body Language Academy by Joe Navarro Instructor and the creator of the CROWN Protocol™. For 10 years I've taught professionals across the USA, the Pacific, Asia and Europe to read the room, balance honesty with diplomacy, and say no without burning the bridge, so the real conversation happens in the meeting and not in the parking lot.
