About Us

R and D Heating and Air was established in 2018 to provide an honest and thorough assessment of problems faced with Heating and Air systems. We are a small residential focused heating and air company with a focus on quality work performed in a timely fashion while maintaining a level of communication exceeding the expected. We service all brands of HVAC equipment. While we maintain fix it first style philosophy we also perform changeouts of your existing furnace and A.C. when needed. We strive to supply you with as many options as possible and help you make the right decision regarding repair or replacement of your existing HVAC equipment. We also service most household appliances, fireplaces, small refrigeration units and icemakers. When you use us you can feel confident you are getting a top quality service that you understand because your options were explained to you in a manner that allow you to feel assured that you chose the correct course of action regarding your situation.

A very unique project. The customer requested that we bring the furnace out of the crawlspace while maintaining the current ductwork underneath the floor,
Two new high efficiency Goodman A.C.s moved from their previous location 10 feet down the house to provide room for an addition the customer had in mind
A standard installation of a 13.4 SEER 2 A.C. The customer was thrilled with this unit as it performed significantly better than her previous 10 SEER unit both in terms of run costs and cooling ability. When we changed out this A.C. we also replaced her furnace with a much more efficient furnace with an ecm motor and placed the furnace on a return air base while increasing filter size to maximize our ability to process more air efficiently.
