Peter J Pless Design LLC

Peter J. Pless is an industrial designer, consultant, and educator specializing in the intersection of human-centered design and advanced manufacturing. As the founder of Peter J. Pless Design LLC, he leverages technologies like additive manufacturing (3D printing), digital scanning, and rapid prototyping to create intuitive, sustainable products that bridge the gap between complex engineering and everyday user experience.

With an MFA in 3D Design from the Cranbrook Academy of Art, Peter has previously collaborated with notable design firms including Blu Dot, Mockett, Phillips Industries, and Scott Klinker Product Design. Additionally, he has served as a Professor of Human-Centered Design at Northern Michigan University for 15 years. His award-winning original works have been exhibited internationally across major design hubs, including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Milan, Cologne, and Seoul.
