About Us
Daybreak Senior Services is the only Adult Day Care Center in Northern Utah where seniors can spend the day enjoying a variety of fun and engaging activities and socializing with others in a safe and supervised environment outside their home. At the same time, caregivers are able to take time for themselves to enjoy some self care and revitalization. We believe caregivers and those they care for deserve a DAY-cation!
Nestled among the pine trees near the foothills of Ogden Canyon resides our beautiful, resort-like facility. All DayBreak Direct Care Staff consists of trained, compassionate CNA's dedicated to providing a safe and healthy environment for our participants. In addition to organizing a variety of engaging activities, our trained staff specializes in caring for those affected by dementia, Alzheimer's Disease and other memory impairments, isolation and depression, frailty and physical dependence, incontinence, strokes, Parkinson's Disease and other age-related/chronic illnesses.
The best part is DayBreak is the most affordable elder-care option in our community. We proudly serve Utah Veterans as the only contracted Adult Day Care Center with the VA. We are also an approved vendor for qualified individuals through Medicaid and County Caregiver Support Programs.
