Circles Outreach Worker:Your natural ability to make connections with people, and to motivate and inspire them to achieve positive results will serve you well as our new Circles Outreach Worker. You will have a significant impact on helping families progress in their established goals by performing ongoing case management and referral services. Summary: As our Circles Youth Facilitator, you will consistently and effectively care for children and youth of Circles participants during weekly Circles program meetings. You will appreciate the clear guidelines and well-established structure and routines in this position. In addition to your previous experience in childcare, you will lean into your natural creativity as you adapt the Circles curriculum to meet the needs of children in the program.
