Anna Stariha is the Global Community Growth Manager over the MarketStar Foundation, where she serves as a bridge between MarketStar and the communities it supports. In her role, she leads initiatives that connect students, educators, and non-profits to create meaningful pathways from education to career. She designs and facilitates programs like the Tech Sales Pathway internship, helping students build real-world skills in communication, networking, and professional development while gaining exposure to future opportunities. Anna partners closely with schools, universities, and industry leaders to expand access to education and career readiness resources, with a focus on empowering individuals to build confidence and take intentional steps toward their future.
Anna will graduate from the University of Utah with her MBA in July 2026, further strengthening her commitment to leadership and community impact. Outside of work, she enjoys reading fantasy novels and is a proud cat mom to four furry companions.
