Women in Business Luncheon

Charlie Osborne, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker and owner of Gratitude Counseling Services in Ogden, Utah, with more than a decade of experience helping people navigate mental health, recovery, and life’s challenges.
His presentation will explore how our values, boundaries, habits, and expectations shape the way we define success. We’ll identify early signs of burnout, examine the impact of people-pleasing, and learn practical ways to make recovery and self-care part of daily life.
We’ll also tackle an important leadership skill: being willing to disappoint others without guilt when making decisions that support your well-being.
A graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, Charlie has worked across inpatient and outpatient mental health settings, supporting children and adults impacted by abuse and trauma.
His approach is simple: people don’t need to be told who to become - they need a safe space to discover who they can become. Charlie believes therapy works best when individuals are empowered to recognize their own strength, capacity, and potential for change.
As a husband, father, and person in long-term recovery from addiction, Charlie brings both professional expertise and lived experience to his work. These experiences have shaped his belief in resilience, recovery, self-care, and building a life that is not just successful but sustainable.
For Charlie, the greatest privilege is walking alongside people as they move from surviving to truly thriving.
