Ryan has spent 20 years running businesses for others but always had the dream to create something of his own. For the last 7 years he has followed that dream. In 2016, Ryan and his wife Melissa started Connection Publishing, a neighborhood magazine company. In 2023, with the addition of digital, video and audio marketing and marketing consultation services Connection Publishing expanded to Connection Media Company.

Along his journey, Ryan has developed skills in selling, marketing and leadership which he shares with the hope of helping small business owners become better marketers and have better lives. He enjoys teaching how he’s found success in his different businesses and what small business owners can do to effectively market their companies so they can follow along and learn. Though he certainly doesn’t know everything, he has put together a lifetime worth of knowledge and enjoys sharing it.
