Ribbon Cutting & Groundbreaking: Ogden City | Stone Hill Homes

About the development: 
This new housing community will be built on the former Dee School lot, with the groundbreaking event happening on March 16, 2018 at 11:30 a.m. 

The homes are built in a style inspired by the Prairie-School architecture prevalent in much of Ogden’s central neighborhoods, and feature six different floor plan designs. Ogden has seen success with a similar housing development project completed just a few years ago, the Oak Den Bungalows. This popular 23 home arts & crafts style subdivision was in such demand that all the homes were sold out a year ahead of schedule. 

The first phase of Stone Hill Homes is underway, and offers are being accepted beginning March 19, 2018.
