Join us for Morning Speaker Series with Randy Watt, Chief of Police of the Ogden Police Department. He will discuss the Five Ps to Success in Life, Love, and Labor.
Chief Watt has served the Department for 35 years at all levels of supervision and command. His service awards include the Department's Medal of Valor which was award to him twice.
Chief Watt is a retired Colonel, U.S. Army and Utah Army National Guard, Infantry and Special Forces branches, with 34 years of enlisted and officer service. His wartime service includes multiple deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq in the Global War on Terror. He is a Master Parachutist and is Military Freefall qualified. His combat awards include the Combat Infantryman's Badge, the Bronze Star Medal with V-Device, the Bronze Star Medal with 3 OLCs, the Afghanistan Campaign Medal with 2 stars, the Iraq Campaign Medal with 3 stars, the GWOT Expeditionary Medal and the GWOT Service Medal.
Chief Watt and his wife of 39 years, Terri, have four children and eleven grandchildren.

In honor of fallen Officer, Nate Lyday, the Ogden-Weber Chamber of Commerce has setup a memorial fund. All proceeds will be donated in his memory to the Ogden City Police Department.
