The Legislative Affairs Committee represents the broad interests of organizations throughout Weber county and takes positions on current legislation, as well as advances legislation, that impacts the community.
Members of the committee represent small and large businesses, utilities, county and municipal governments, transportation and healthcare organizations, K-12 and higher education organizations, and nonprofits. Together these organizations come together to discuss legislation important to them, and through the committee, have a greater voice in public policy.
You must be a member of the Ogden-Weber Chamber to become a member of the Legislative Affairs Committee. Core members may join by paying an additional $200 annual fee.
