With The Future Ready Thinker: Creating Workplaces Where Critical Thinking Thrives, you’ll be able to do the following and more: 

• Develop strategies for coaching employees to strengthen critical thinking, resilience, a growth mindset, and continuous improvement

• Apply practical critical thinking frameworks to complex workplace challenges

• Apply sound judgment to integrate AI into decision-making while maintaining human oversight and ethical reasoning.
