Join us for our Fall NUBIZ Symposium, held virtually on Friday, November 13 at 9 a.m. Enjoy dynamic presenters who represent organizations in both B2B and B2C environments as they share their perspectives on customer service.
This virtual event will begin with each of our four presenters sharing their perspectives on customer service for 15 minutes followed by a 5 minute Q&A. After the four presentations, we will have two case study discussions, one for B2B organizations and one for B2C organizations. This is an opportunity for participants to engage with each other as well as our incredible presenters.
