SUMMARY:Women in Business Luncheon
DESCRIPTION:Join us in July for another incredible Rising Stars Luncheon! The purpose of this luncheon is to expose our future leaders (girls aged 10-18) to networking and professional development . \n\n\n\nWe encourage you to bring your daughters and other young ladies (ages 10-18) in your life to our Rising Stars luncheon. And while we often think of Rising Stars as the young women in our lives\, they can also be women just starting out in their careers\, returning to the workforce\, switching careers\, etc.\n\n\n\nWhat if... Christina Myers\, born in a small town in Sweden\, had never taken the courageous step of becoming a foreign exchange student at Weber High School? Or later chosen to serve a welfare mission in Ecuador\, where she discovered that a life of service has no boundaries.\n\n \n\nWhat if... she had stopped when life became difficult? Instead\, she built a beautiful family with her husband\, overcame years of infertility\, welcomed four children\, adopted two orphaned boys from Kazakhstan\, and opened her home to others in need proving that family is built as much by love as by circumstance.\n\n \n\nWhat if... she had allowed heartbreak to define her after losing her youngest daughter to cancer? Instead\, her faith transformed grief into purpose. Together with her husband\, she answered another call to serve as mission leaders in Mexico\, led humanitarian efforts in Ecuador\, helped build a community center\, and inspired countless others to discover the joy of serving.\n\n \n\nWhat if the opportunities that shape our lives begin with a single decision to step beyond the familiar and leave our comfort zone? There are powerful lessons from a life shaped by curiosity\, service\, a willingness to embrace the unknown\, and shifting the mindset from "the impossible" to a possibility and reality. When "what if?" is turned into "why not?"\, you will recognize possibilities that may seem beyond reach. By taking the first step toward creating a life without self-imposed limits\, you will initiate a lasting impact that will outlive your life.\n\n \n\nIn order to guarantee food count\, registration will close July 21 at noon.
