SUMMARY:Women in Business Luncheon
DESCRIPTION:Join us in June for another incredible Rising Stars Luncheon! The purpose of this luncheon is to expose our future leaders (girls aged 10-18) to networking and professional development . Emily Oyler \, Executive Director for the Weber School Foundation\, is the perfect speaker for this month.\n\n\n\nEmily's journey with the Weber School Foundation began as an Administrative Assistant and has grown into her current leadership role as Executive Director. Her rise within the organization is a reflection of her dedication\, passion\, and steadfast commitment to serving the students of the Weber School District.\n\n\n\nAs Executive Director\, Emily leads the Foundation's mission to raise and allocate funds that enhance educational opportunities across the district. Through major fundraising events such as the Christmas Tree Jubilee and the Gift from the Heart Golf Classic the Foundation supports classroom and school grants\, student sponsorships\, adaptive equipment for students with special needs\, food pantry assistance\, and most recently\, the creation of six teen resource centers for high school students in crisis.\n\n\n\nEmily also serves her community through leadership roles on the boards of the Ogden Breakfast Exchange Club\, Rotary Club of Ogden\, and Boys and Girls Club of Weber Davis. She is a past president of the Women in Business Committee\, exemplifying her commitment to service and community well-being.\n\n\n\nOutside of her professional life\, Emily finds joy in being a devoted mother to three children and partner to her husband\, Kenny. She loves spending quality time with her family and exploring the outdoors through running\, hiking\, and trail adventures.\n\n\n\nWe encourage you to bring your daughters and other young ladies (ages 10-18) in your life to our Rising Stars luncheon. And while we often think of Rising Stars as the young women in our lives\, they can also be women just starting out in their careers\, returning to the workforce\, switching careers\, etc.\n\n\n\nIn order to guarantee food count\, registration will close June 17 at noon.
