In this executive role\, she serves as a key partner to the President\, overseeing academic planning\, program quality\, faculty excellence\, and timely degree completion for WSU?s dual-mission institution. Her mandate includes cultivating a strategic vision for Academic Affairs\, fostering a culture of shared governance\, and collaborating on strategic enrollment management and long-term financial stability.\n\n \n\nDr. Durham brings a wealth of administrative and academic experience from her 24 years at Boise State University\, where she most recently served as the Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences. During her deanship\, she demonstrated her capacity for innovation by doubling research expenditures\, securing over $40 million in fundraising\, and launching four new academic programs and three new schools. Her leadership is characterized by a commitment to innovation\, building collaborative teams\, and elevating the work of others to enhance student success. She holds a Ph.D. in Theatre from the University of Kansas.\n\n\n\nPascal B gin\n\nPascal Begin is a seasoned and award-winning hospitality executive with more than 15 years of leadership experience in the ski resort and private golf club industries. As General Manager of Nordic Valley Ski Resort\, he has led the organization through significant transformation\, overseeing multimillion-dollar capital projects and implementing strategic plans that have driven substantial gains in revenue\, skier visits\, efficiency\, and guest satisfaction. His leadership is defined by operational excellence\, financial discipline\, and a deep commitment to elevating both the guest and employee experience.\n\n\nPascal spent over a decade in golf management with ClubCorp properties\, where he directed all aspects of golf operations and member experience. A PGA professional and University of Quebec graduate in Recreation Management Studies\, Pascal combines a strong understanding of service culture with hands-on operational expertise. He has also served on the Board of Governors for the Ogden-Weber Chamber of Commerce and the Board of Trustees for Visit Ogden.\n\nForrest Fackrell\n\nAccomplished and results-driven executive with 38 years of diverse leadership experience across multiple industries including healthcare\, business consulting\, manufacturing\, and engineering. Proven track record of leading high-performing teams\, driving growth strategies\, and enhancing operational efficiency. Adept at managing multi-functional teams\, driving business development initiatives\, and delivering sustainable improvements through strategic change management. Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong background in navigating complex challenges and delivering measurable results.
